Pastri Cokelat Almon Manis 
1 1/4 cangkir (160g) tepung
1/4 cangkir (30g) almond bubuk
1/4 cangkir (30g) kakao bubuk
1/4 cangkir (50g) gula
Garam 1/4 sdt
1 batang (110 g) mentega tawar dingin, potong kecil (1/2-inch)
1 sdt vekstrakanili
1 telur
Air es 1-2 sdm

1 1/2 cangkir (300 g) gula
1/2 cangkir (100 g) air
1/2 cangkir (120 g) krim berat
5 sdm (70 g) mentega tawar
1 sdt garam

chocolate Ganache
1/2 cangkir (120 g) krim berat
4 oz (120g) coklat pahit, cincang

hiasan
kristal garam laut
